Question – I have a scheduled campaign in Pending status. Why does the list of assigned users show as (0)?
Answer – If you have a Phishing campaign scheduled with a deferred start date, the campaign status will be in Pending until it starts. The list of assigned users on the campaign summary screen will show as (0) until the emails start sending.
