4. Apply this rule if – See Safelisting Guide to locate the IP addresses of the Phishing Mail Gateways for your Environment
5. Set the message header: X-MS-Exchange-Organization-SkipSafeAttachmentProcessing to the value: 1
6. Save your new rule
